About the World Tour '09:

Hi, my name is Kai Schilders. As head curator of this gallery I've postponed all exhibitions due to our World Tour '09. On this 6 months trip, starting in Januari in Colorado, I will look for new objects and inspiration for our next exhibition. From there I will go to LA & San Diego, but I'm also looking for more interesting places to go see. The Kai's Collection.com website will be an online museum/ gallery for my vw parts and accessories. I've collected and documented quite some cool stuff over the years, mainly from the '50s and '60s. From rare NOS accessories to original VW dealer signs & literature, from vintage licence plate frames to NOS sheet metal, it will all be displayed here for reference and viewing pleasure. At this moment I'm in the design stage, plan to have the museum online in the 2nd half of 2009.
